Day Trip to Richmond & Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary

Tour Details

We'll pick you up from your hotel and head to the top of Mount Wellington for views of the city. Along the way, we will see Salamanca Place and Battery Point.

After enjoying views from Mount Wellington, we will visit Richmond to learn about its history, including the Richmond Bridge, Australia's oldest stone bridge built by prisoners, and St John's Church.

After the visit, you will have an hour of free time to explore Richmond, shop, or have lunch.

Next, we will go to the Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary for a guided tour to see the famous Tasmanian devils and other local species, such as wombats, quolls, possums, wallabies, koalas, and more. You can also feed them!

Finally, we will return to your hotel in Hobart, concluding this 5.5-hour day trip.
