Tasman Island Boat Trip

  • 10 Stunden

Set sail on an exciting adventure with our Tasman Island Boat Trip. You'll explore the south-eastern tip of Tasmania and admire dolphins, sea lions, and towering cliffs in a National Park.

Tasman Island Boat Trip

After meeting at Hobart Harbour, we'll drive for 1 hour to Port Arthur, where we will have tea before boarding the boat for our journey around Tasman Island.

We will cruise along the shores of Tasman National Park, observing cormorants and peregrine falcons. With favorable weather, dolphins may be spotted. Highlights include the Totem Pole rock formations, Cape Pillar cliffs, and the sea lion colony on Tasman Island. The cruise lasts 3 hours before returning to Port Arthur.

Upon return, lunch will be provided at a restaurant, followed by 3 hours of free time to explore Port Arthur. We will then return to Hobart Harbour, concluding the trip 10 hours and 15 minutes after pickup.

Boat trip + Devil Park

This option includes the same cruise experience followed by lunch. Afterward, guests will visit Devil Park to see Tasmanian devils up close before returning to Hobart Harbour.

Boat trip + Port Arthur Historic Site

After the cruise and lunch, guests will enjoy 3 hours of free time at the Port Arthur Historic Site, a former British Empire prison complex, with an included entry ticket. We will then return to Hobart.
