Tasman Island Boat Trip
Meet at Hobart Harbour for a 1-hour drive to Port Arthur. Once there, enjoy tea before boarding the boat for the Tasman Island trip. The cruise begins at the isthmus of Eaglehawk Neck, where you can see cormorants and peregrine falcons. Weather permitting, dolphins may also be spotted.
During the 3-hour cruise, view the Totem Pole rock formations, the cliffs of Cape Pillar, and the sea lion colony on Tasman Island. After returning to Port Arthur, enjoy a delicious lunch at a restaurant featuring a traditional dish. You will have 3 hours of free time in Port Arthur to explore.
Return to Hobart Harbour by bus, completing the tour 10 hours and 15 minutes after pickup.
Boat trip + Devil Park
This option follows the same itinerary as above. After lunch, visit Devil Park to see the Tasmanian devils up close. After your visit, you will be taken back to Hobart Harbour.
Boat trip + Port Arthur Historic Site
Following the initial activities, enjoy lunch and then have 3 hours of free time at the Port Arthur Historic Site, where you can explore the former British Empire prison complex with your included ticket. After your visit, return to Hobart.
