Are you in Hobart and looking for an amazing day out? If so, this trip to Wineglass Bay and Freycinet National Park is the one for you!

Description

On the day of the activity, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Hobart. We will travel to Wineglass Bay and Freycinet National Park on Tasmania's east coast. This region is known for its pink granite mountains, wildlife, and coastline. A stop at a Bakery will be available for coffee or breakfast before proceeding to Wineglass Bay.

We will visit the Georgian town of Richmond, stopping at Richmond Bridge, the oldest convict-constructed bridge in Australia. Richmond's surroundings offer scenic views and wildlife.

Next, we will head towards Buckland to see the Church of John the Baptist, built in 1846 from local sandstone. A story about its stained glass windows will be shared.

We will continue to the village of Orford to visit Raspins Beach, where we will enjoy views across Prosser Bay to Maria Island.

At Freycinet National Park, we will spend about 4 hours, including a 45-minute walk to the Wineglass Bay lookout. Native flora and fauna will be observed along the way. Afterward, there will be an option to walk to Wineglass Bay Beach. Dining options include local wineries or the Marine Farm for seafood. Before returning to Hobart, we'll stop at Kate's Berry Farm for ice cream.

After 11 hours, we conclude this tour of Wineglass Bay and Freycinet National Park.
