Itinerary

In the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel in Hoi An and travel by bike to the village of Tra Que. Here, you will experience the countryside air and assist the locals with harvesting vegetables, gaining insight into a farmer's daily tasks.

Next, we will bike through the rice fields to the artisan workshop to learn how the iconic lanterns are crafted. Hoi An, known as the city of a thousand colours, features these lanterns as a main attraction. In the workshop, we will explore the origin of this tradition and the secrets behind their shapes and colours.

You will have the opportunity to create your own lantern under the guidance of expert artisans and take your handmade lantern home as a souvenir.

After four hours of discovering Hoi An's artisanal heritage, we will return to your hotel by bike.
