Discover the richest and most traditional flavours of Hoi An with this Vietnamese cooking class: a complete culinary experience, from the market to the table, with the cooking in between.
Vietnamese Cooking Class
Hotel pickup is between 8 and 8:15 am to start the day.
We will visit the colourful market of Hoi An with an English-speaking cookery teacher to select the raw produce for our cooking.
At the market, we will explore the stalls, learning about local cuisine and recipes.
At 9 am, we will board a traditional boat to the village of Cam Thanh, crossing a cocoa forest to reach our cooking class location.
With a local chef, we will prepare traditional Vietnamese dishes including stir-fried pork and vegetables, bánh xèo (Asian crepes), pho, and spring rolls, depending on seasonal availability.
After cooking, we will enjoy the dishes we made along with those prepared by the chef, concluding this unique culinary experience.
We will return to the hotels in Hoi An, arriving at approximately 1:30 pm.
