Discover the richest and most traditional flavours of Hoi An with this Vietnamese cooking class: a complete culinary experience, from the market to the table, with the cooking in between.
Vietnamese Cooking Class
We will collect you from your hotel between 8 and 8:15 am to start the day.
Our first activity is to buy raw produce. Accompanied by an English-speaking cookery teacher, we will visit the vibrant market of Hoi An to select the ingredients for our meal.
We will explore the market, taking in the aromas and colors of the stalls while learning about local cuisine and recipes.
By 9 am, we will board a traditional boat to the village of Cam Thanh, crossing a cocoa forest to reach our cooking class destination.
With a local chef, we will prepare traditional Vietnamese dishes such as stir-fried pork and vegetables, bánh xèo, pho, and spring rolls, depending on the seasonality.
After our cooking session, we will enjoy the dishes we prepared alongside those made by the expert chef during this unique culinary experience.
Finally, we will return to the hotels in Hoi An, arriving around 1:30 pm.
