Discover the richest and most traditional flavours of Hoi An with this Vietnamese cooking class: a complete culinary experience, from the market to the table, with the cooking in between.
Vietnamese Cooking Class
We will collect you from your hotel between 8 and 8:15 am to start the day.
First, we will visit the colourful market of Hoi An with the English-speaking cookery teacher to select fresh produce for our cooking session.
At the market, we will explore the stalls while learning more about local cuisine and recipes.
At 9 am, we will board a traditional boat to travel to the village of Cam Thanh. After crossing a cocoa forest, we will arrive at the location where the class takes place.
With a local chef, we will prepare traditional Vietnamese dishes such as stir-fried pork and vegetables, bánh xèo (Asian crepe), pho, and spring rolls, depending on seasonality.
Once everything is ready, we will enjoy the dishes we have prepared as well as those made by the chef during this unique culinary experience.
Finally, we will return to the hotels in Hoi An, arriving around 1:30 pm.
