Vietnamese Cooking Class
Collection from your hotel will occur between 8 and 8:15 am to start the day. The first activity involves purchasing fresh produce. Alongside an English-speaking cookery teacher, you will visit the colorful market of Hoi An to select ingredients for the cooking session.
You will explore the market, immersing yourself in the local cuisine and recipes. By 9 am, the group will board a traditional boat for a journey to the village of Cam Thanh, crossing through a cocoa forest to reach the class location.
Under the guidance of a local chef, you will prepare traditional Vietnamese dishes, including stir-fried pork and vegetables, bánh xèo (Asian crepe), pho, and spring rolls, depending on seasonality.
Once the dishes are ready, you will sit down to enjoy the food prepared by the group and the expert chef, concluding the culinary experience.
The return to hotels in Hoi An is expected around 1:30 pm.
