Discover the richest and most traditional flavours of Hoi An with this Vietnamese cooking class: a complete culinary experience, from the market to the table, with the cooking in between.
Vietnamese Cooking Class
We will come and collect you from your hotel between 8 and 8:15 am to begin the day.
First, we'll buy the raw produce. Accompanied by an English-speaking cookery teacher, we will visit the colourful market of Hoi An to select the produce for our cooking.
We will explore the market, learning about local cuisine and recipes.
At 9 am, we will board a traditional boat to reach the village of Cam Thanh, passing through a cocoa forest to arrive at the class location.
With a local chef, we will prepare traditional Vietnamese dishes including stir-fried pork and vegetables, bánh xèo, pho, and spring rolls, depending on seasonality.
After cooking, we will sit down to enjoy the dishes we prepared along with those made by the chef.
Finally, we will return to the hotels in Hoi An, arriving around 1:30 pm.
