At 9:30 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Horta to start our tour of the gorgeous Faial Island. Ready to discover all that this little paradise on the Azores has to offer?

Our first stop of the day will be the Nossa Senhora da Conceição viewpoint. From this vantage point, we'll be able to admire Praia do Almoxarife, Horta, Marina, Monte Queimado, and Monte da Guia.

Next, we'll head to Caldeira, the most important natural attraction on Faial Island, known for being one of the largest volcanic craters in the Azores archipelago.

We'll continue our tour to the viewpoint of Ribeira das Cabras, from where we can contemplate the Fajã da Praia do Norte and the Capelo peninsula. The landscape changes as we reach the area of the Capelinhos Volcano, which was active between 1957 and 1958. There we'll visit the Capelinhos Volcano Interpretation Center and the Capelo Forest Park.

To conclude this day, we'll stop at the Monte da Guia viewpoint to enjoy the views of this unparalleled coastal beauty.

After approximately 8 hours of exploring the island, we'll drop you off back at your hotel in Horta.
