Faial Island Full Day Tour

At 9:30 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Horta to start our tour of Faial Island.

Our first stop of the day will be the Nossa Senhora da Conceição viewpoint. From this vantage point, we'll admire Praia do Almoxarife, Horta, Marina, Monte Queimado, and Monte da Guia.

Next on our tour, we'll head to Caldeira, one of the largest volcanic craters in the Azores archipelago.

We'll continue to the viewpoint of Ribeira das Cabras, where we'll view Fajã da Praia do Norte and the Capelo peninsula. Our next stop will be the Capelinhos Volcano area, which was active between 1957 and 1958. There we'll visit the Capelinhos Volcano Interpretation Center and the Capelo Forest Park.

To conclude the day, we'll stop at the Monte da Guia viewpoint to enjoy the coastal views.

After approximately 8 hours of exploring the island, we'll drop you off back at your hotel in Horta.
