Faial Island Full Day Tour

At 9:30 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Horta to start our tour of Faial Island.

Our first stop of the day will be the Nossa Senhora da Conceição viewpoint. From this vantage point, we'll be able to admire Praia do Almoxarife, Horta, Marina, Monte Queimado, and Monte da Guia.

Next, we'll head to Caldeira, the most significant natural attraction on Faial Island, known as one of the largest volcanic craters in the Azores archipelago.

We'll continue to the viewpoint of Ribeira das Cabras, where we will observe Fajã da Praia do Norte and the Capelo peninsula. We will then visit the Capelinhos Volcano area, active between 1957 and 1958, including the Capelinhos Volcano Interpretation Center and the Capelo Forest Park.

To conclude the day, we'll stop at the Monte da Guia viewpoint to enjoy views of the coastline.

After approximately 8 hours of exploring the island, we'll drop you off back at your hotel in Horta.
