Vilca, Moya + Ayhuicha Thermal Baths Excursion

On this trip to Vilca and Moya, discover these two towns in the central Peruvian Andes. You will also relax in the Ayhuicha thermal baths.

Description

At the scheduled time, we'll meet at Huamanmarca Square in Huancayo to begin our tour to the central Peruvian Andes.

First, we'll visit Moya, in the north of the Huancavelica province, which was home to the Uscuña native community in the preincan era. We will explore its main square and see the San Pedro Moya Parish Church.

Next, we’ll go to the Miguel Arcángel Nature Viewpoint for views of the Yahuarcocha Laguna. Following this, we’ll visit the Huachacora waters, known as the water of wisdom.

We will then explore Vilca, characterized by cobblestone colonial-style streets. We’ll also see the local waterfalls in the Forest of Love.

To conclude the day, we will enjoy an hour of free time to relax in the Ayhuicha thermal baths. The tour will end after 16 hours with our return to Huancayo.
