Private Lake Churup Hike
At 7 am we'll meet at 710 Calle Jirón 29 de Julio, in Huaraz and travel for three hours to the village of Pitec, in Huascaran National Park.
Upon arrival, we'll start climbing through various trails to reach our destination. The ascent will take approximately four hours along rocky paths while enjoying views of the Shaqsha and Cashan mountains, part of the Cordillera Blanca.
At Lake Churup, located at 4485 meters (14700 feet) altitude, you will see the notable Churup peak, known for its unique geology. You will have free time to eat lunch and appreciate this Andean environment.
We will then descend until we reach Pitec, where we will return to Huaraz. The arrival at the meeting point is scheduled between 4 and 5 pm.
