Luxor Tour & Valley of the Kings and Queens

The wonders of Ancient Egypt await you on this tour to Luxor from Hurghada. Plus, we'll also visit the Valley of the Kings and Queens.

Tour Details

When making your reservation, you'll have the choice of three different tours. All include pick-up from your hotel in Hurghada at 4:30 am, finishing at the same location at 10:30 pm:

After a four-hour drive, we arrive in Luxor to visit the Temple of Karnak, dedicated to the Sun God, Amun-Ra. Following this visit, we will have a buffet lunch. Afterwards, we will visit the funerary Temple of Hatshepsut and learn about this queen's significance.

We will also visit the Colossi of Memnon, representing pharaoh Amenhotep III. This will be followed by a visit to the Valley of the Kings. If you choose this option, we will first visit the Colossi of Memnon and then the Valley of the Queens, where we will admire three tombs, learning about ancient Egyptian funerary practices.

We will also visit the tombs of Thutmose III, Ramesses VI, Ramesses IX, Siptah, and Ramesses IV, including the famous tomb of Tutankhamun, with a total of three tombs to visit in the Valley of the Kings, depending on availability.

Finally, we will return to the hotels in Hurghada after approximately 13 hours together.

The trip includes pickup from all hotels in Hurghada. For those staying in the following areas, a supplement on the day of the tour applies:
