Sand Mountain Dune Tour

At your selected time, we'll meet on West Clubhouse Drive in Hurricane, Utah, where our dune buggies will be waiting for us. After a brief introduction, we'll get kitted out with our safety helmets and goggles and climb into our UTVs. Our expert guides will explain how to drive the dune buggies. It will then be time to practice as we hit the road to Sand Mountain.

For two, three or four hours depending on your selected tour duration, we'll explore the rugged desert landscapes of Sand Hollow State Park. We will drive over the impressive red dunes around Sand Mountain and practice various maneuvers. Depending on your skills, an obstacle course may also be included.

At the end of the tour, we'll return to the original departure point.

Who can participate in this activity?

The minimum age to drive the buggy is 18 years old. If the passenger is under 18, the driver must be over 25 years old.

Dune buggy capacity

The dune buggies have a capacity of two people. The price indicated for this activity is per vehicle. If you book for two people and want to share one buggy, you can book one vehicle. If driving separate vehicles, select the number of buggies based on the number of drivers.
