Traditional Village Tour

Discover the traditional rural way of life in Zimbabwe by visiting a local village to learn about the craftsmanship, customs, and beliefs of this African landscape.

Itinerary

At the scheduled time, we will collect you from your hotel at Victoria Falls and head to an authentic village situated 12 miles away. Upon arrival, the leader of the tribe will welcome you with a traditional greeting and guide you to the settlement’s principal hut.

Here, you will observe how village members engage in their daily tasks and have the opportunity to assist them with their handicrafts.

While exploring the village, the Chief will explain the hut construction process and the materials used. You will also learn about the tribe's customs and how they differ from those of western societies.

After this enriching experience with the local people of Zimbabwe, we will return you to your hotel in Victoria Falls.
