Want to learn how to sandboard or sand ski? This course in the Ica desert is perfect to test your skills by sliding down huge sand dunes.

Ica Desert Sandboarding or Sand Skiing Course

After meeting at the Huacachina oasis, the instructor will provide a brief talk on using the equipment for sandboarding or sand skiing.

After thirty minutes of theory, we will board a buggy and head into the Ica desert. The excursion through the dunes will lead us to the practical lesson, where you can choose to learn either sandboarding or sand skiing.

We will then get on our boards or put on our skis and glide across the dunes for an hour and a half. This includes ascending and descending the sandy mountains of the Ica desert.

After this class, we will return to the buggies for the ride back to the starting point in Huacachina, concluding two hours of activity.
