Tejas Workshop
At your selected time, we will pick you up at your hotel in Ica and go to the Casa de las Tejas Rosalía, a notable place for this Peruvian treat. First, we will tour the factory with a guide to learn about the history and importance of tejas in Ica.
After the guided tour, you will participate in a tejas workshop to learn how to make this traditional treat. Ingredients like dried fruits, raisins, and chocolate will be used during the class. At the end of the workshop, you will take your creations home.
The workshop lasts an hour and a half, after which we will return you to your hotel.
