Day Trip Details
We'll pick you up from your hotel in Sarajevo and begin our trip towards the region of Visegrad, known for its history and natural beauty. This 2-hour journey allows you to enjoy the mountainous landscapes and the Drina River.
Upon arrival in Visegrad, we will take a 20-minute walk to see the Mehmed Paša Sokolovi? Bridge, a symbol of the city associated with Nobel Prize winner Ivo Andri?. Following this, we'll visit Andri?grad for 30 minutes, exploring its cobbled streets and diverse architectural styles.
Next, we will proceed to the Dobrun monastery, an important orthodox site, where we will have a 15-minute stop to appreciate its setting. Then, we’ll visit Mokra Gora, a village on the Bosnia-Serbia border, for a 40-minute guided tour focusing on its history and scenic views.
During the trip, you will have 30 minutes of free time to have lunch at a local restaurant.
Our next stop is Drvengrad, a wooden village built for a Serbian film, known as Küstendorf. Here, we'll enjoy a guided tour of its streets and surroundings.
Finally, we'll return to Sarajevo, concluding the trip at your hotel after a total of 12 hours.
