Olympic Mountains and Vrelo Bosne Trip

After picking you up from your hotel, we will embark on a comprehensive tour of Sarajevo, exploring key locations that played a significant role in the 1984 Winter Olympic Games, as well as visiting a beautiful natural wilderness area just outside the city.

Following our walk through Sarajevo, we will proceed to Mount Bjelasnica, the highest peak in the Dinaric Alps. Here, you will learn about the location of the alpine ski competitions held during the Olympics, now transformed into a popular sports facility open to the public. You will also have the chance to enjoy breathtaking views while sipping on a tasty hot tea (not included) in one of the local restaurants.

Our journey continues to Igman mountain, another Olympic peak where we will view the ski jumps that hosted the biathlon competitions.

After exploring these majestic mountains, we will visit the stunning Vrelo Bosne Natural Park. In this picturesque forest area located on the outskirts of the city, you can encounter the Bosna river spring, stroll through the lush green surroundings, and cross charming wooden bridges.

The trip to Sarajevo concludes as we accompany you back to your accommodation.
