Imbé Islands Kayaking Tour

Tour Itinerary: Tramandaí River Islands Canoeing Experience

We will meet at Marina Barranco at the designated time, where an instructor will provide equipment and essential safety information.

The tour involves moderate difficulty and covers 8 kilometers (5 miles) through the Imbé islands in the Tramandaí River. Participants will navigate the river's canals and estuary while enjoying views of Imbé, Tramandaí, and Osório.

During the kayak excursion, participants will traverse artificial and natural channels, observe native bird species, and experience areas with varying water depths. A stop will be made at the point where the river meets the sea, where participants can take a dip if desired.

After the swim, the group will navigate narrow channels accessible only by kayaks, reaching the Triangle of Waters, where channels to Imbé, Tramandaí, and Osório converge. The journey continues to Ilha Grande for a rest.

The tour concludes with a return to the main riverbed, passing through the back of Imbé to see the contrast between the area's mansions and natural surroundings. This three-hour kayak tour wraps up the adventure at the starting point.
