Damajagua Waterfalls Buggy Tour

We will meet at 8 am at the Damajagua River Visitor Centre and start our journey to discover the famous Damajagua Waterfalls. A professional instructor will provide guidance on driving the buggy. The tour includes driving through palm groves, farmland, and villages on the Dominican jungle trails, making several stops for refreshments, including a fresh coconut drink, a cocktail, or a beer, as well as dips in the river beaches.

We will travel between 6 and 9 miles (10 to 15 kilometres) to the Damajagua Waterfalls, which consist of 27 enchanting waterfalls. We will visit different panoramic viewpoints to admire the waterfalls fully.

After a buffet lunch in one of the local restaurants, we will drive through various communities in Puerto Plata. First, we will stop in Bellaco by the Bajabonico River to pick some fruit, then continue to Bajabonico Arriba, Palmar Grande, and Los Felix to observe the locals' way of life.

Following a final swim in the Bajabonico River, we will return to the starting point and conclude the tour at 2 pm.
