At 7 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Huaraz and travel in a comfortable minibus to the town of Macashca, located in the heart of the Huascaran National Park.

During a 1-hour trip, we'll enjoy views of the Cordillera Blanca and follow the banks of the Pariac River. Once we arrive in Macashca, we'll begin the trekking route that will take us to Laguna Rajucolta!

The 2.5-hour hike will offer us views of the Huantsan snow-capped mountain, the birthplace of this glacier lake. Upon arrival at Rajucolta, you'll have 1.5 hours of free time to enjoy the scenery of this natural water reservoir, which is more than 4,200 meters above sea level!

After enjoying the lake, we'll start the hike back to Macashca, where the minibus will be waiting to take us back to Huaraz. We'll finish the excursion at around 3:30 pm.
