Nordkette Cable Car Ticket

The Nordkette cable car ticket allows you to visit the first station, Hungerburg, at 304 metres, providing views of the Innsbruck skyline. From there, you will ascend to Seegrube, nearly 2,000 metres above sea level, where you may see steep gorges and the Austrian-Italian border. You can explore several trails in this area for endemic vegetation. The funicular railway continues to Hafelekar, the highest point, offering views of the Karwendel mountain range.

The opening times of the Nordkette funicular stations are as follows:

Innsbruck station: Daily from 8:15 am to 7 pm. Departures every 15 minutes.Hungerburg station: Monday to Friday from 7:15 am to 7:15 pm; Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from 8 am to 6:30 pm. Departures every 15 minutes.Seegrube station: Daily from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. Departures every 15 minutes.Hafelekar station: Daily from 9 am to 6 pm. Departures every 15 minutes.

The opening times from October to May are:
