Join us for a day trip to the Red Lagoon in northern Chile's elevated plateau. Experience a spectacular lake in the region of Arica and Parinacota along with smaller green and yellow aquifers.

Picks up will occur at 5 am from your hotel in Iquique for the journey to the high plateau.

Along the route, we will stop at the crossroads of Huara and visit the petroglyphs of Chillaiza, which date back to the Inca Empire. Afterward, we will have a hearty breakfast in the village of Camiña.

Continuing to Arica and Parinacota, we will reach an altitude of 12,139 feet (3,700 metres) to view the Red Lagoon by the Caritaya River. Explore this unique lagoon and learn about its crimson color and associated legends.

We will also visit the Green and Yellow Lagoons, observing their colors resulting from various minerals and microalgae.

After the lagoon visits, we'll return to Camiña for lunch, featuring three dishes to experience local gastronomy. Following lunch, we will return you to your hotel in Iquique, dropping off at 6 pm.
