Amazon 2 Day Tour

Day 1

We will depart from Iquitos at 9 am to the Amazon River. After boarding the boat, we will travel through the rainforest, observing diverse wildlife and plants. At the Nanay River, you can see the unique waters changing color and possibly spot pink dolphins.

Next, we visit a lizard farm to learn about piaches, a fish that can reach up to 10 ft long. By around 1:30 pm, we will arrive at our two-story lodge made from jungle materials, where we will relax and enjoy a complete meal.

At 3 pm, we will visit the native Yagua people to learn about their lifestyle, agriculture, fishing, and hunting practices, with our guide providing information. We will return to the lodge by 5 pm for a break and dinner, followed by a night walk to hear the jungle sounds before spending the night in the Amazon.

Day 2

We will depart early to witness the Amazon sunrise around 5 am. In the morning, we will observe exotic birds, including thescarlet macaw. After breakfast, we will visit the serpentarium, a sanctuary for snakes and other wildlife, and sample drinks made with medicinal plants.

We will return to the lodge at 12:30 pm for relaxation before lunch. At 2:30 pm, we will board a boat to Iquitos, arriving around 4:30 pm.

Accommodation

Accommodation includes cabins with a private room and bathroom. You may choose between a double bed or two single beds.
