At the scheduled time, the group will meet at the pier in Iquitos to board a traditional boat to visit indigenous communities of the Amazon. The journey along the Itaya River offers views of the surrounding nature. You will learn about the jungle landscape characteristic of this region.

After reaching the confluence of the Amazon and Itaya Rivers, the tour will navigate down the Nanay River to visit the Bora and Kukama communities. You will disembark to share experiences and learn about their customs and traditions.

The tour continues along the shore of the Padre Cocha community, with a stop at the Pilpintuwasi butterfly farm to observe various butterflies and exotic animals of the jungle. The tour concludes with a return to the pier in Iquitos, lasting approximately 5 hours.
