Day 1: Iquitos - Nauta - Pacaya Samiria & Nauta Caño

After pickup from Iquitos Airport or your hotel, you'll attend a welcome talk at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel about the cruise. We will then transfer you to the port of Nauta to board the cruiser. Activities include a boat trip through the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve, dinner, and a nighttime excursion through the Nauta Caño area.

Day 2: Yanayacu de Pucate - San Regis

The day starts with a picnic on the Yanayacu River in Pucate, where you can see pink dolphins and go on a kayak tour. Later, we will visit the community of San Regis for a tree-planting ceremony led by the shaman, followed by dinner with live music on the boat.

Day 3: Shiriyacu – Puerto Prado - Kukama

We will head to the Shiriyacu stream to learn traditional piranha fishing techniques. After lunch, we will explore the Amazon Rainforest, meeting the Kukuma Indigenous People to learn about their customs. The day concludes with a sunset view and a cooking demonstration on the boat.

Day 4: Nauta - Amazon Rescue Centre - Iquitos

Following breakfast, we will visit the Amazon Rescue Centre to learn about the care of animals saved from the black market. Afterward, you will be taken to Iquitos Airport.

Accommodation

The tour includes 3 nights' accommodation aboard a cruise ship with full board in your chosen cabin category. The La Perla cruise ship features two decks and an observation deck, with Amazonian designed cabins equipped with amenities, hot water, and air conditioning.
