3-Day Tour
Day 1
After pickup from your hotel or airport in Iquitos, we will drive to the port of Nauta to board a speedboat and journey down the Marañon River, observing pink dolphins. The day concludes at a campsite in the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve with a visit to Huaylla Lagoon and a nocturnal trekking route to search for tarantulas, scorpions, and giant frogs.
Day 2
We will wake early for sunrise and spotting iguanas and sloths, followed by breakfast. A boat trip on the Pucate River will allow us to observe various wildlife. After lunch at a camp in the jungle, we will walk through the jungle to a lake and learn about medicinal plants. The day includes dinner under the stars and a night canoe tour.
Day 3
On the final day, we'll sail down the Yarapa River to see otters. After breakfast and lunch, we will learn survival techniques and take a jungle hike. There will be free time for swimming before returning to Nauta and then Iquitos, with arrival scheduled at 6 pm.
4-Day Tour
Days 1, 2, and 3
The first three days of the 4-day tour follow a similar itinerary to the 3-day tour.
Day 4
On the final day, we will watch birds at dawn and have lunch, with free time to explore the Pucate River. Finally, we will travel back to Nauta and return to your hotel in Iquitos, with arrival at 6 pm or airport drop-off three hours before your flight.
Accommodation
The tour includes two or three nights in camps within the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve, in tents or tambos, with complete camping equipment provided.

Pickup is available from your Iquitos hotel or the airport before 12 pm. We will contact you to arrange the exact pickup time after your reservation.
