At the indicated time, we'll meet on Via Antonio Sogliuzzo.

The local pizzaiolo will greet us and provide preliminary information about how a Neapolitan-style pizza is prepared. We'll learn the basic guidelines for dough-making and select the ingredients for our pizzas.

After grasping the concepts, we'll start kneading the pizza dough, adding our chosen ingredients, and placing it in the wood-fired oven. We will also learn how to prepare fried pizza, progressing towards becoming an expert pizzaiolo.

To conclude the workshop, we'll sit at the table to taste our creations alongside a refreshing drink, enjoying the beautiful views of Ischia. After 2 hours and 30 minutes of culinary activity, we will conclude the Italian pizza workshop.
