Easter Island and Anakena Beach Trip

After collecting you from your hotel at the indicated time, we'll start our tour of Easter Island traveling along the East coast.

First, we visit the archaeological site of Ahu Akahanga, where you'll see the remains of a settlement and the tomb of King Hotu Matu'a. Your guide will explain the significance of this mythical king.

Our next stop is Ahu Tongariki, the largest sanctuary on Easter Island. Fifteen moai here were restored after being destroyed during tribal wars. Now, you can admire the moai, restored to their platform.

Next, we'll travel to Rano Raraku, the quarry where most moai were sculptured. We'll walk along the crater and discover the unfinished moai scattered around, including ‘El Gigante’, which would have measured 70 feet high.

We'll have lunch in this setting, with over 390 moai statues at Rano Raraku. You can bring your own food or choose to book the picnic option, which includes a sandwich, hard-boiled egg, nuts, cereal bar, fruit, and a bottle of mineral water.

After lunch, we'll visit the smaller sanctuary of Ahu Te Pito Kura before reaching Anakena beach, where you can admire the moai of Ahu Nau Nau and relax on the white sand. After a seven-hour route, we'll conclude the tour by returning to your hotel.
