Description

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Koper at 9 am. Are you ready to pay tribute to your palate? Let's go and discover Istrian gastronomy!

The first stop of the tour will be Hum, considered the smallest city in the world. Here, we'll learn about its surprising history and taste biska, a brandy made with spices based on an ancient recipe unique to Hum.

Next, we'll visit Motovun, a renowned medieval town. The tour includes a visit to iconic landmarks like the bell tower of St. Stephen's Church, and we will explore the town's main product, the truffle. The Motovun forest is known for its white truffles and vineyards. We will visit a local restaurant to learn how to prepare a dish with typical products and enjoy the tasting.

To complete this food tour, we will travel to Grožnjan, a village known for its wine and olive oil production, as well as numerous art galleries.

Finally, we'll return to Koper, concluding the tour at 5 pm.
