Let yourself be seduced by the flavours of the Istrian Peninsula with this delicious Istria Food Tour. You'll travel through Hum, Motovun and Grozhnjan while tasting their most typical products.

Description

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Koper at 9 am. Get ready to explore Istrian gastronomy!

The first stop will be Hum, known as the smallest city in the world. Here, you will learn about its surprising history and taste biska, a local brandy made from spices using an ancient recipe.

Next, we'll head to Motovun, a renowned medieval town. You will tour its key monuments, including the bell tower of St. Stephen's Church, and discover the town's famous truffle. The Motovun forest is notable for its white truffles and numerous vineyards. A local restaurant will teach us how to prepare a dish using these typical products for tasting.

To complete the tour, we'll visit Grožnjan, known for its wine and olive industries, as well as its art galleries.

Finally, we will return to Koper, concluding our tour at 5 pm.
