Let yourself be seduced by the flavours of the Istrian Peninsula with this delicious Istria Food Tour. You'll travel through Hum, Motovun and Grozhnjan while tasting their most typical products.

Description

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Koper at 9 am. Are you ready to pay tribute to your palate? Let's go and discover Istrian gastronomy!

The first stop of the tour will be Hum, considered the smallest city in the world. Located in the heart of the Istrian peninsula, this Croatian town is rich in history. We'll learn about the biska, a brandy made with spices from an ancient recipe unique to Hum.

Next, we’ll head to Motovun, one of the most well-known medieval towns in the region. Along with a tour of its key monuments, including the bell tower of St. Stephen's Church, we'll focus on the town's renowned product, the truffle.

The Motovun forest is notable for white truffles and local vineyards. We'll visit a local restaurant to learn how to prepare a dish using typical products, which we will taste afterwards.

To complete this food tour, we’ll travel to Grožnjan, known for its wine and olive industry, and numerous art galleries throughout the village.

Finally, we'll return to Koper, concluding the tour at 5 pm.
