Socerb, Hrastovlje & Marezige Tour

Picked up from your hotel in Izola at 9 am, we'll drive to Socerb, a traditional Slovenian village full of history.

After approximately 20 minutes' drive, we will reach Socerb and start exploring its castle, a significant landmark located in the highest part of the town offering a view of the Gulf of Trieste.

We will continue by entering the Holy Cave, an underground sanctuary where we will learn about the history of Saint Servulus.

The next stop will be in Hrastovlje to visit the Church of the Holy Trinity, a 13th-century church surrounded by a wall, featuring the famous fresco of the Danse Macabre.

Next, we will travel to Marezige, ideal for exploring Slovenia's tradition of wine and olive growing. We will visit a local farm to taste olive oil and typical snacks.

Finally, we will return to Izola, with an estimated arrival at your hotel around 5 pm.
