La Malinche National Park Trek

At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Puebla and head to the state of Tlaxcala on our way to the La Malinche National Park. In 1.5 hours, we'll reach a hostel on the slopes of the volcano to embark on a 10-hour hiking route.

Upon arrival at the park, we'll head to a hostel located 3100 metres above sea level, where we'll start the hike. The trek includes paths through forests of oyamel, conifers, and pine trees, with slopes of up to 45 degrees.

We will stop in an area called Los Arenales for rest and views, providing a closer look at the summit of La Malinche volcano.

The final ascent will take us to 4461 metres, where, if weather permits, we can see the chain of volcanoes: Citlaltépetl, Popocatépetl, and Iztaccíhuatl.

Afterward, we'll return to the hostel, get into the vehicle, and head back to Puebla, concluding the experience after a total of 13 hours.
