Discover the incredible La Malinche National Park, get in touch with nature on this trek to the top of the La Malinche volcano.
La Malinche National Park Trek
At 6 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Puebla and head to the state of Tlaxcala towards the La Malinche National Park, embarking on a 10-hour hiking route.
Upon arrival at the park, we'll go to a hostel located at 3100 metres above sea level, where we'll start the hike. The trek will take us through forests of oyamel, conifers, and pine trees, with slopes of up to 45 degrees.
We will stop at Los Arenales to rest and enjoy the views, offering a closer look at the summit of La Malinche volcano.
The final stretch involves climbing up to 4461 metres. If the weather permits, we may see the chain of volcanoes: Citlaltépetl, Popocatépetl and Iztaccíhuatl.
Finally, we will return to the hostel, get back into the vehicles, and head back to Puebla. Arrival at your hotel is scheduled for 7 pm.
