On this boat trip around Damas Island, we'll sail through its mangroves and observe the fauna and flora of one of the most important ecosystems of Costa Rica.

Isla Damas Boat Trip

At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up at your hotel and proceed to the dock for a boat ride around Isla Damas. Onboard, we will navigate through the mangrove ecosystem, observing various species of reptiles, anteaters, and white-faced monkeys. Information about the biodiversity of this area will be shared during the trip.

As we explore the calm waters, we'll focus on bird species such as herons, kingfishers, ospreys, and frigate birds. The tour also includes a passage through natural tunnels formed by tree roots.

After the boat ride, we'll return to the mainland for a typical Costa Rican lunch. The tour concludes with your return to the hotel, lasting approximately six hours.
