Jaen Cathedral Guided Tour
From the Plaza Santa María, in the heart of Jaén, we'll begin a complete tour of the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Virgin. We'll meet you at its main entrance.
Once inside, we'll visit the rooms designed by Andrés de Vandelvira, including the Sacristy, the Chapterhouse, and the Canon's Pantheon. The Choir, known for being one of the largest in Spain, will also be part of the visit.
Next, we'll ascend to the high galleries for panoramic views of Jaén, ideal for photos.
As we explore the corridors, we'll uncover intriguing stories related to the cathedral, including the legend of the Veil of Veronica. The tour concludes at the entrance of the cathedral.
Important Information
Children under 12 can join the guided tour for free, but they must pay 1.5 euros for entry to the Cathedral.It is recommended to wear comfortable footwear and bring water, especially during the summer months (June-August).
