Originally designed as the capital of the Mewar kingdom, it was constructed in the 7th century within the picturesque valley of the Berach River.

This site, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, features an array of palaces, commemorative towers, and grand gates. As we explore the fort, you'll hear the captivating tale of its historical siege in 1303, a conflict that, according to legend, was spurred by the romantic entanglements of Sultan Alauddin Khalji.

Following our visit to the fort, we’ll proceed to the city of Pushkar. Upon arrival, our focus will shift to the revered Brahma Temple, a significant pilgrimage destination. Despite Hinduism's multitude of deities and corresponding temples, it's noteworthy that the Creator God is honored in only a few. During our visit to this temple, built in the 16th century, we’ll delve into this intriguing aspect.

Before we conclude our time in Pushkar, we will take a moment to visit Pushkar Lake. This sacred body of water holds immense significance, and we’ll share insights into why many Hindus seek purification by bathing in its waters.

Your tour will wrap up with a return to your hotel in Jaipur around 4 pm. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can arrange to drop you off at a central spot in Udaipur.
