Xabia is one of the towns on the Costa Blanca with a hidden past. At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Tourist Office and begin this free tour of the mysteries and legends of Xabia.

We'll begin our tour by exploring the history of Church Square, adorned with symbols that reflect a dark past. We'll learn about Xabia's extensive network of underground tunnels and the town's connection to Napoleon.

Throughout the tour, we'll discover curious details of the buildings in the old town of Xabia, revealing mystifying stories, such as that of Úrsula Tachó ("La Criminala"), a figure notable in local lore.

We'll also see the Caras del Agua, faces on 19th-century iron downpipes in the historic centre, watching over passers-by.
