On this free tour, we'll delve into the mysteries that surround the town of Xabia. We'll walk through the old town in search of its most intriguing stories.

Description

Xabia is one of the towns on the Costa Blanca with a hidden past. At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Tourist Office and begin this free tour of the mysteries and legends of Xabia.

We will explore the history of Church Square, adorned with symbols connected to a dark past. Participants will learn about Xabia's network of underground tunnels and its connection to Napolean.

Throughout the tour, we will discover curious details of the buildings in the old town, revealing mystifying stories, including that of Úrsula Tachó ("La Criminala"), a notable figure in local lore.

We will also see the Caras del Agua, faces on 19th-century iron downpipes in the historic center, watching over passers-by.

After two hours filled with mysteries and legends, we will return to the starting point and conclude the tour.
