At 11 am, we'll meet at the Cartuja Hierro del Bocado Stud Farm, located 15 kilometers from the center of Jerez de la Frontera. The tour will explore how Carthusian horses are bred and the significance of this lineage.

The tour begins with a walk around the stud farm, including the stable yard and training areas. We will discuss the origins of the Carthusian horse, linked to the monks of the Carthusian Monastery of Santa María de la Defensión from the 15th century.

Participants will learn about the physical characteristics of these Spanish horses, the breeding process, and meet some horses during the visit.

Before concluding the tour, attendees will experience a horse show showcasing the horses and their trainers. The tour will end with a goodbye between 1 pm and 1:30 pm.
