We'll start our coffee adventure at the designated time in Jerico's main park. Here, we'll take a journey to a coffee farm by tuk-tuk.

Upon arrival, the host family will welcome us before heading to the farmhouse's main hall. They will provide a pack that includes a water bottle and an empty 70-gram container to fill with fresh coffee during the activity.

We'll begin by discussing the history of coffee globally, focusing on its significance in Colombia and this farm. We will learn about how coffee is cultivated, from seed planting to harvest, offering an overview of the agricultural process.

After this presentation, we'll take a break with a refreshing drink. Following the pause, we'll explore what happens to coffee from processing to packaging, understanding the steps that transform coffee beans into a consumable product.

The final stage of the tour will be a sensory experience: a specialized coffee tasting. A demonstration of different preparation methods will occur using tools like the French Press, Chemex Coffeemaker, V60, and Aeropress. Participants will learn about Colombian coffee preparation and receive a stamp and an instant photo to remember the experience.

Finally, we'll return to Jerico's main park. Three and a half hours after the start of the tour, we will conclude with a delicious brunch, marking the end of our coffee exploration.
