Mount of Olives Walking Tour

At the appointed time, we will meet at the Jaffa Gate. From there, we will travel by bus to the Mount of Olives, a mystical location in the Holy Land.

We will first stop at the foot of the Mount to visit the Jewish cemetery, noted as one of the oldest cemeteries in the world.

Following the cemetery, we will ascend to the summit of the Mount of Olives for panoramic views of Jerusalem and learn about its significance for Christians. We will continue exploring the area by visiting the Chapel of the Ascension and the Church of Dominus Flevit.

Our next stop will be the garden of Gethsemane, where, according to the New Testament, Jesus prayed before his arrest by Roman authorities. Next, we will proceed to the tomb of the Virgin Mary, another symbolic site at the Mount's base.

Finally, after a three-hour tour, we will conclude at the Lions' Gate.
