Krüger House + Ango Kersten Farm Tour

Come in contact with rural life in the region of Joinville on this tour to Krüger House and the Ango Kersten farm. You'll visit a building that holds an historical weight and also go on a tractor ride around the farm.

Description

At the scheduled time we'll pick you up from your hotel in Joinville and make our way north to the Krüger House. The minibus journey will take around 20 minutes.

Once we've arrived, we'll learn about the history of Wally Krüger's House, a building dating from 1925, notable for German-Brazilian architecture and classified as a National Historic Site.

Before leaving the Krüger House, we'll view photographs, outfits, and utensils from the time, learning about German immigration to Santa Catarina in the last century.

The next stop is the Ango Kersten farm, where we'll learn about rural life on the outskirts of Joinville. This includes a tractor ride through the farm's vegetable and fruit crops, as well as observing geese and other animals.

Afterwards, we'll go to a colonial-style restaurant to enjoy a buffet filled with local delicacies. After 4 hours of activities, the tour will conclude back at your hotel.
