Stargazing at Mauna Kea Volcano

Enjoy a stargazing experience at the Mauna Kea volcano on the island of Hawaii.

Description

We'll meet at the pickup point of your choice at the indicated time and head to the Mauna Kea volcano for a stargazing sleepover.

After boarding our 4x4, we'll embark on a journey to the summit of Mauna Kea, the highest point in Hawaii. We will have a snack and warm drink while enjoying stunning views.

At the top of the crater, we'll witness the sunset from Mauna Kea. Then, we will choose a quiet area to use a laser pointer to learn about the constellations and planets.

We will utilize a professional telescope for our stargazing, followed by taking photos with a DSLR camera, either solo or in pairs. This stargazing activity will last six to seven hours.
