Day Trip to Petra by Plane

Travel to Jordan by plane, and discover the remains of Petra, the ancient capital of the Nabataeans, along with the mysteries of this architectural jewel.

Tour Details

After hotel pickup in Cairo, we will travel to the airport to take a plane to Amman in a comfortable air-conditioned bus. Upon arrival at the Jordanian terminal, we will proceed by bus to the Petra archaeological site for a guided tour with an English-speaking guide. We will explore important monuments, including Al-Khazneh or 'The Treasury,' a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The tour continues with visits to the tombs of Petra, highlighting its significance as a historical site in the Middle East. After the tour, we will have lunch in Petra before returning to Amman for the flight back to Cairo, followed by bus transport to your hotel.

Extra Day in Aman

Enhance your experience by adding another day in Aman. After lunch in Petra, we will take you to a central hotel in Amman for an overnight stay. The next day includes breakfast and a guided tour of central Aman, featuring major monuments such as the Roman theatre, Citadel, and Mosques.

After the tour, we will head to the airport for your return flight to Cairo, followed by bus transport to your hotel.

To travel to Jordan, ensure you have a valid passport. At the Jordan airport, be prepared to pay arrival and departure fees totaling approximately 60 US dollars.
