Itinerary
After hotel pickup at the designated time, we will proceed to Midan Al Qalaa in the historic center of Cairo.
Our first stop will be the Al-Rifai Mosque, known as the Royal Mosque, a modern structure from the 19th century.
Nearby, we will visit the Mosque and Madrasa of Sultan Hassan, constructed in 1361, regarded as one of the grandest buildings from the Mamluk period in Egypt.
Next is the Ibn Tulun Mosque, the largest and oldest mosque in the city, built between 876 and 879 in the old city of Al-Qatta’i by Ahmad Ibn Tulun.
Following our mosque visits, we will dine in a typical restaurant featuring various salads, a main dish (beef, fish, or chicken), rice, pasta, vegetables, and a selection of desserts and fruit.
The tour will continue at the Gayer-Anderson Museum and along the famous walls of the city, known for its numerous monuments from that era.
Upon tour completion, we will return to your hotel, approximately 5 hours after the initial pickup.
