Next is the Monastery of Saint Mary Deipara, also known as the Syrian monastery, dedicated to the Coptic Orthodox Church of Alexandria. Inside, you will see various visual artifacts, including frescoes on the ceilings.
The tour continues to Deir Baramos, known as "the monastery of the Romans." Here, you will learn about the founders, princes Maximus and Domitius.
From Deir Baramos, the tour proceeds to El Alamein, a coastal town significant for its role in World War II. You will visit the Military Museum to view tanks and weapons, followed by a trip to the War Cemetery honoring soldiers who died in battle.
