Hurulu Eco Park Safari

We'll leave from your hotel in Kandy at 11 am. Three hours later we'll arrive at Hurulu Ecological Park, one of the most famous nature reserves in Sri Lanka.

At the entrance, we'll get on a jeep and begin the photographic safari. As we drive, we'll discover the biodiversity of this area, observing turtles, leopards, amphibians, and various bird species such as parrots, hawks, and peacocks.

After a break for a picnic, we'll arrive at the highlight of the safari: Hurulu elephants sighting. You'll get a close view of these magnificent animals and learn about their customs and way of life.

The last stop will be at the Hurulu wewa reservoir, where you can observe a variety of birds that come to drink. Many of these birds travel long distances to enjoy these waters.

The safari concludes at the entrance, where we'll take the minibus back to Kandy, arriving at your hotel by 8:30 pm.
