Trip Details

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Kandy at 8:30 am. From there, we will take a one hour drive to our first destination: iconic Ambuluwawa.

Once we arrive, we will explore this complex of monuments. Ambuluwawa is notable for its religious harmony, featuring a temple, a church, a Hindu shrine, and a mosque.

In addition to learning about this site, we will climb to the top of Ambuluwawa Tower. The views from the top are memorable.

After this visit, you will have free time to eat in one of the traditional restaurants in the area (not included), providing an opportunity to sample local cuisine.

Reenergized, we will head to the village of Ramboda to discover its impressive waterfalls set among beautiful landscapes. Remember to bring your camera!

Finally, we will return to your hotel in Kandy, arriving at 6:30 pm.
