Sigiriya and Dambulla Trip
At 7 am, we will pick you up from your hotel in Kandy for the trip to the archaeological site of Sigiriya. The journey will take approximately two and a half hours.
Upon arrival, we will explore the ruins of this 5th-century palace and see the famous Lion's Rock, learning about its name.
After the visit, you will have free time to enjoy local cuisine in nearby traditional restaurants (not included).
Next, we will proceed to the city of Dambulla to visit the Dambulla Cave Temple, also known as the Golden Temple. This site is the largest and best-preserved religious complex in Sri Lanka.
We will return you to your hotel in Kandy, arriving around 4 pm.
