Kauai Movie Tour

If you're a true movie buff, you'll recognize the spots we'll pass through on this tour of Kauai's movie sets. We'll see locations that inspired scenes from Jurassic Park, Lilo & Stitch, and many more famous feature films.

Description

We'll pick you up at your hotel at the designated time to begin our Kauai Movie Tour. During the tour, we'll visit significant filming locations on this Hawaiian island.

Our route starts at Ahukini Pier, featured in Pagan Love Song and Donovan's Reef, from the 50s and 60s. The next stop is Lydgate Beach, the backdrop for the Elvis Presley film Blue Hawaii, which also features the Opaekaa Waterfall, standing at over 131 feet (40 meters) high.

Next, we'll visit the Kilauea Lighthouse on the northern tip of Kauai, which inspired a scene in Lilo & Stitch and operated until the 1970s. We'll also explore the village of Kapa'a, where a famous scene from Jurassic Park was filmed.

During the excursion, we'll have a break for lunch. Afterward, we'll continue to Hanalei Pier to stroll through its art galleries.

Finally, we'll return you to your hotel after a total of eight hours.
