Chitwan National Park 2-Day Trip

Day 1: Kathmandu - Chitwan National Park - Sauraha

On the first day, pickup from your hotel in Kathmandu is at 6:30 am, followed by a bus ride west to Chitwan National Park.

Tour along the Rapiti River while searching for native wildlife, including elephants, crocodiles, sloths, leopards, and pythons.

After approximately 5 hours, arrival in Sauraha includes lunch and selection of 1 of the 3 activities: a safari to view local wildlife, a 4x4 tour, or a canoe ride and visit to the elephant care center.

Evening includes a visit to Sauraha village for sunset, dinner, dancing, and traditional music. Accommodation will be at a lodge for rest.

Day 2: Sauraha - Kathmandu

Day two starts early with breakfast at the hotel. Return to Kathmandu is by vehicle, arriving at around 2 pm.
