At the specified time, we will pick you up at your hotel to begin the guided tour of Kathmandu.
First, we will visit Ason Market, showcasing stores run by the Newari community, temples, and shrines.
Next, we'll proceed to Durbar Square to view additional temples and see the Kumari, the living goddesses of Nepal, who are young girls considered reincarnations of the goddess Taleju until adolescence.
The tour will then stop at the Nine Floors Palace, followed by a crossing of the suspension bridge over the Bishnumati River.
After, we will walk uphill to Swyambhunath or Monkey Temple, home to hundreds of monkeys. From this hill, we will enjoy views of the Himalayas and the Kathmandu Valley.
