Guided Tour of Kathmandu

This guided tour of Kathmandu showcases the main attractions of the Nepalese capital. We will begin by picking you up at your hotel at the designated time. The tour starts with a visit to Ason Market, featuring stores run by the Newari community, along with temples and shrines.

Next, we will proceed to Durbar Square to see more temples and observe the Kumari, the living goddesses of Nepal, who are viewed as reincarnations of the goddess Taleju until they reach adolescence.

The tour will include a stop at the Nine Floors Palace before crossing the suspension bridge over the Bishnumati River. Our next destination will be Swyambhunath or Monkey Temple, where a population of monkeys resides. This location offers scenic views of the Himalayas and Kathmandu Valley.

After our visit to the temple, we will walk to the sacred site where cremation rituals are conducted along the riverbanks before concluding the tour at a central meeting point.
