At 10 am we'll meet you at the designated pickup spot in Kathmandu. If you need a day of relaxation in the Nepalese capital, this experience is suitable for you. We will provide transport to the massage and sauna center where you will enjoy a zen experience. Upon arrival, you may proceed directly to the sauna area featuring a steam room to renew your energy and relieve stress.

Following the sauna, indulge in a one-hour massage administered by skilled traditional massage therapists. You can select the intensity of the massage to suit your preferences, ensuring a revitalizing experience.

Conclude your visit with a shower to refresh before we return to pick you up at 4 pm to take you back to your hotel or the meeting point.

Hotel pickup

If you're staying in the Thamel area, we'll pick you up from your hotel at the agreed time. For hotels outside this area, we will meet you at the Ice and Fire Pizzeria restaurant.
