Guided Kayak Tour in Kaupanger

Calling all adventurers! Whether you're experienced in kayaking or not, you'll enjoy this guided kayaking activity in Kaupanger, Norway.

Description

On the day of the activity, we'll meet at Amla Bay Beach, next to Amlsanden Fjordcamping, at the scheduled time. This adventure begins at the beach in Amla Bay, where you'll find clear waters. We will paddle onto the majestic Sognefjord, known for its beauty. As we glide along the shore of Storehaugen, you'll experience the natural scenery of cliffs and greenery.

After approximately one hour of paddling, we will take a break on the cliffs to stretch and enjoy refreshments. You'll have panoramic views of Bleia, a prominent mountain in Western Norway, standing at 1717 metres tall (5633 ft.). You may also spot seals and porpoises.

Following the break, we’ll return towards Amla, offering a different perspective of the village and its surroundings.

After 2.5 hours, we will conclude the experience, having explored the tranquil waters, scenic cliffs, and local wildlife of Amla Bay and Sognefjord.
