Hell's Kitchen Day Trip

After meeting in Watamu Bay at the indicated time, we will travel to Hell's Kitchen, known as the Grand Canyon of Kenya.

Located near Malindi, Hell's Kitchen Gorge features a unique eroded landscape in Eastern Kenya. Upon arrival, we will explore the canyon and its distinctive rock formations shaped by wind erosion, including the Map of Africa and the Rhinoceros Head.

The name "Hell's Kitchen" is attributed to the high temperatures reaching up to 50° Celsius (120° Fahrenheit) during the day. We will share legends about this site while admiring its reddish hue, especially during sunrise or sunset.

After the visit, we will return to Watamu, with the total duration of the trip being 5 hours.
